Being new to a construction project of any size, I needed to depend on and trust in the professionals who took on rebuilding my house on Briggs Hill. I was never disappointed. Sean was the perfect combination of enthusiastic and realistic, trying at every turn to “make it happen.” With architect Joan Heaton, we worked through every difficult spot with great good humor and sensitivity all around. I was impressed over and over again during my site visits: Sean, Mike and the entire crew take justifiable pride in their work and it shows in every detail. After I moved in, it was a pleasure to have them still on site while they finished the lower level and Mike took over the punch list. Are there things about the house that I would change? Very few. It is a beautiful home and I daily marvel at the quality of the work and the attention to detail. Would I consider working with anyone else? Never.

We have been lucky enough to have the Silver Maple Construction team tackle various projects on our house and the results are always flawless. From exterior residing to interior finish work, the attention to detail is meticulous. Our house was owner built and any job has a host of potential surprises. Before beginning his work, Sean thoroughly discussed our options based on what he might find and, along the way, he kept us well informed so that we could make adjustments to the original plans. His crew is professional, appropriate, and a pleasure to have around our young family. Our two children are eager to see them for the next job and we look forward to continuing our home renovations using Silver Maple Construction.

Mike and Sean were extremely easy to work with. We had a tight budget and they were very accommodating with ideas and options to stay within it. They were conscientious and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The crew worked hard and were very friendly – we had no qualms about having them in and around our home.
We have received many compliments on our addition-not only from friends and family, but also from complete strangers. It is obviously top quality workmanship.

I highly recommend Sean, Mike and the crew of Silver Maple Construction. I appreciate their thorough and timely cost estimates and overall attention to detail. On a recent project they have demonstrated their commitment to sustainable building practices by embracing a new energy efficient wall system and by taking construction waste recycling to new levels. I enjoy working with Silver Maple Construction and I look forward to our next project together.
