Luxurious Lower Level
A collaborative design process between the homeowners, their Miami based architect and Silver Maple Construction a previously unfinished lower level was transformed into a warm and welcoming space. Included in the up-fit is the addition of a new entrance from the exterior, a 6-bed bunk room with 3 additional trundles, a spacious office, a workout area, an expansive media room with kitchenette, a clever bathroom arrangement that accommodates a separate toilet room, two shower zones and a double vanity. These walls are sure to witness many a family gathering and are likely to echo with generations of laughter. Welcome home!.
